
Jordan Angel has been with the Barry Slatt Mortgage Company since 2005 and has assisted in the origination of over a billion dollars of commercial and multi-family real estate financing. Jordan has negotiated various loan structures including long term fixed rate, short term acquisition, private money, construction, joint venture, bridge, and mezzanine financing with a wide variety of lenders on all commercial property types. Jordan graduated from The University of California at San Diego with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science and is an Eagle Scout.
Jordan is a CMB (Certified Mortgage Banker) and currently serves on the California Mortgage Bankers Association’s (CMBA) commercial real estate conference board, the National Mortgage Bankers Association’s (MBA) membership committee, co-chairs the San Francisco National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) developing leaders committee, is vice president of membership for the Bay Area Mortgage Association (BAMA), is the membership chair for The Belden Club, and is an active member of The Urban Land Institute (ULI), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and The U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). Jordan participates in many charitable and philanthropic organizations including The Guardsmen, The SF Fire Fighters Toy Program, and founded the San Francisco community service organization, Yuppie Friday.
